What's the most drastic change you've ever made to your appearance?
Submitted by Laurie.
My freshman year in high school my hair was just a little longer than shoulder length and I randomly got it all chopped off one day.
A friend of mine was staying the night one weekend and we both had really long hair at the time and just decided to go get it cut. I asked my dad to drop us off at the mall and he did, so we went to the barber shop inside and came out with really short spiky hair. It was spiked all over, I was uber-punk rock.
I dyed it a few weeks later really bright blonde and I looked like Billy Idol.
I was cool.
What's your favorite radio station, past or present?
I've never been a huge radio listener since I've always had a cd or tape player, but I've recently started listening to NPR quite a bit since I'm spending a lot more time in the car with my new job.
I also occasionally switch to Rock 103 to see what they're playing. I wouldn't call it a favorite station by any means, but we don't have a lot of good ones here to choose from.
I like 105.3 The Buzz in Atlanta.
And Howard 100 on Sirius satellite radio, of course.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you live? Why?

New York, New York
I'd probably choose the East Village if I could be picky, but I'd settle for any borough/neighborhood that wasn't hazardous to my health.
What are your top 25 most played songs?
Submitted by Cooxie.
I don't think this adaquetly reflects my musical tastes. Somtimes at my old job I'd put it on a song and play it on repeat and forget about it and take my headphones off. I'd do this a lot, which explains several of these "guilty pleasure" songs.. but either way, this is my list straight from my iPod.
- New Found Glory / Sincerely Me
- New Found Glory / Hit Or Miss
- New Found Glory / Second To Last
- James Blunt / You're Beautiful
- Fall Out Boy / Sugar, We're Goin Down
- The Bad Seed / All My Life
- New Found Glory / Eyesore
- Hank Williams III / Crazed Country Rebel
- Joe Budden / Are You In That Mood Yet
- Stevie Ray Vaughan / Pride And Joy
- The Black Crowes / Twice As Hard
- CunninLynguists / Beautiful Girl
- Hank Williams III / Thrown Out Of The Bar
- Hank Williams III / Country Heroes
- Hank Williams III / D. Ray White
- Hank Williams III / Smoke & Wine
- James Blunt / Goodbye My Lover
- Joe Budden / 6 Minutes Of Death feat. Jae Millz & Stack Bundles
- Old Crow Medicine Show / Poor Man
- The Bad Seed / My Name Bad Seed
- Old Crow Medicine Show / Tell It To Me
- Old Crow Medicine Show / Big Time In The Jungle
- Old Crow Medicine Show / Tear It Down
- The Bad Seed / Child Support
- The Black Crowes / Jealous Again
Don't judge me!
What gameshow or reality show would you kick butt on?
I'm usually pretty good at answering the questions on Cash Cab when I catch it on. I like to think I'd be good on Survivor, but if I could pick any reality show to be on it would be the Real World. Then I could go to all the challanges and win them.
Do you play any musical instruments?
I was given my first guitar on my 7th or 8th birthday but I never really learned how to play it. I joined my school's band in the 6th grade originally playing the snare drum then switching to clarinet which I became first chair at and maintained the title for the majority of the year. The following year I joined orchestra and played the viola. The year after that I tried my hand at playing guitar again but it was hard too learn how to play a new instrument since skateboarding was running my life at this point.
So no, not anymore. I have been wanting to learn something else, though. I'm thinking either the banjo or trying to learn guitar for a 3rd time, since we have about 5 in the house (my dad plays).

I've had quite a few dogs and a gerbil that I didn't like because he bit me the very first day I got him and would not let go.
What I consider my first dog was a chowchow we had when we first moved to Columbus in '89 (my kindergarten year). I named him Alf because that's who he looked like and that was my favorite tv show back then. He was pretty much my only friend for an entire year and when we moved from that house to an apartment complex and had to give him away I cried. I remember crying HARD.
After living in apartments for close to 5 years we finally moved into another house and quickly got another dog, a shih tzu named Layla. We also got a sharpei named Yoko but we gave her to my cousin. We had Layla for years. We finally had to have her put to sleep a few years ago, she was old, not healthy, and completely blind.
A couple of years before Layla died my dad had brought home a miniature pinscher that we named Gotti. He was probably the smartest dog we've ever had and was just a great dog (not to take anything away from Layla). We had him for about 5 years, I think, then one day he just started acting real sick so we took him to the animal hospital. He had heartworms really bad and we had to have him on some pills for a week to get his strength up before they could perform surgery on him. He didn't last the whole week, though. He fell over and died right in front of my dad and I. I can't remember seeing my dad cry any other time in my life.
Soon after Gotti died we got Sammie, a "flashy fawn" female boxer, who's just as smart as Gotti but a whole lot more stubborn. She knows what you want her to do but if she doesn't want to do it then she's not going to. Luckily, she's a good dog and doesn't get into too much trouble :). She's 2 years old now and still just a big ball of energy.
We also have another dog now, named Shazy, a miniature schnauzer. Him and Sammie play constantly in the back yard and in the house. Despite the size and strength difference (Sammie is STRONG... if I try to push her away when shes in the bed with me she'll push back and it's almost impossible) she still rough houses with him and lets him win. She'll do all sorts of flips on the ground while he's jumping on top of her. I need to film it one day, it's hilarious.
Geez, I didn't realize we've had so many dogs.
